StixCut is commercial software owned by Art Hax, LLC ("we", "us"). It is not open source. By installing or using StixCut you agree to this license.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StixCut on devices you own or control. StixCut is free to use by anyone.
2. Free use and limits
The free tier has built-in usage limits (for example, a cap on the number of prints). Buying a license removes or raises those limits. You agree not to bypass, disable, or work around these limits or the licensing system.
3. Your creations are yours
You own the stickers, cut files, and other designs you make with StixCut, and you may use them for any purpose, including selling them commercially. We claim no rights to your content.
4. What you may not do
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute StixCut itself; copy it except as needed to install and run it; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Updates
StixCut may check for and install updates. Updates are covered by this same license unless they are delivered with their own terms.
6. Third-party software
StixCut includes third-party components listed under Third-Party Notices. Those components remain under their own licenses.
7. No warranty
StixCut is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will produce any particular print or cut result. You are responsible for reviewing output before printing or cutting.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art Hax, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost materials, time, or profits, arising from your use of StixCut.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break its terms. On termination you must stop using StixCut and remove it from your devices.

Mac App Store edition

1. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StixCut on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. StixCut is free to use by anyone.
2. Free use and App Store purchases
The free tier has built-in usage limits: up to 3 prints per day. You can remove the daily limit with an in-app purchase made through the App Store:
- Monthly subscription. An auto-renewing subscription that gives unlimited printing while it is active. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. If a free trial is offered to you, the trial starts when you subscribe, and the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Lifetime purchase. A single payment that gives unlimited printing in the App Store edition of StixCut. It does not renew.
Purchases are managed through your Apple Account, not through us. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings, and you can use Restore Purchases in the app to re-apply purchases made with the same Apple Account on another device. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, and we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. The App Store edition does not use license keys.
You agree not to bypass, disable, or work around these limits or the purchase system.

10. Apple
This agreement is between you and Art Hax, LLC only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Art Hax, LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for StixCut and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for StixCut. If StixCut fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for StixCut. Art Hax, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to StixCut, including product liability claims, claims that StixCut fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and intellectual property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, once you accept it, have the right to enforce it against you.
